Information systems that reinforce systemic change

Information systems that reinforce systemic change, for example ways of measuring emissions in real time, or that make costs and inefficiencies transparent. In developing systems of sustainable production, Life Cycle Analysis has become a standard for assessing the energy, atmospheric and materials impact of a particular product, and provides signposts for innovation at those stages of the process, or for specific materials, which have a disproportionately negative impact.
