Citizen's panels

Citizen’s panels are similar to Citizens Juries but tend to involve more people – usually between 500 and 3,000 people. Participants are usually recruited by random sampling. Examples include Hackney’s online citizen panel that covers a range of local issues including the quality of local service provision.
