Thinkers in residence

Thinkers in residence such as those in South Australia and Manitoba, where thinkers are employed by governments to stimulate creative thinking and practical innovation. Each year, up to four internationally renowned experts spend between 2 and 6 months helping the government to identify problems and explore original solutions on issues ranging from climate change to childcare.
