In-house innovation teams

In-house innovation units, such as NESTA’s Public Services Innovation Laboratory (launched in 2009) which supports a range of different social start-ups. Another example is MindLab in Denmark which was set up by the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs, the Ministry of Taxation, and the Ministry of Employment to bring together government, private enterprises and the research community under one roof to promote user-centred innovation.
