Le Mat's franchising is an invitation to participate in a quality assessment process in order to develop a higher social responsibility in the tourism branch.

We are developing and sharing among different actors - first of all our guests and workers - interesting and innovative practices in inclusive tourism, hospitality and sustainable local development. Step by step we distil the good practices, we extract the most significant quality elements and we try to replicate those that we agree upon.
